The contact form does not send us anything

The form on our contact page runs entirely in your own browser. When you press send, your email app opens with a message already written and addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted to our servers, and the website stores nothing you type. You send it yourself from your own email account, or you close the window and it never reaches us. If you would rather not use the form at all, email or call us directly.

What we receive when you contact us

If you email or call, we receive what you choose to give: your name, your email address, your phone number if you include it, and the contents of your message. If we go on to work together, we also hold the business records needed to do the work and to invoice it.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and it runs no tracking scripts. Our hosting and security provider may set a short lived security cookie when it needs to tell a real visitor from an automated one. That cookie is not used to build a profile of you or to follow you to other sites.

Who helps us run the site

• Cloudflare provides hosting, security and domain name service. Requests to this site pass through their network, so they process technical information such as your IP address.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used here, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Northwest Registered Agent hosts our email, so messages you send by email are stored with them.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How we use what we receive

To answer you, to quote and deliver work, to invoice and to keep the records the law requires, and to keep this site and our systems secure. We do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept while we work together, and then for the period that tax and company law requires us to hold them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you also have the right to object to processing and to ask for your information in a portable format. If you are a California resident you have the right to know, to delete and to correct, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA.

Write to support@eliorenterprise.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so that we do not hand your information to someone else.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, and access to the records we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect. If you think something has gone wrong, tell us and we will look into it.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects what we do with your information, we will say so on this page.

This notice is governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States.
